BCD 파트너스

BCD Partners is a dedicated order placement and management app for BCD's B2B wholesale partners. ■ Catalog You can search by brand or product name and narrow down your search using filters. You can also view lists by brand separately. Check stock availability by size in the product details and add items to your cart. If you already know the product code, you can add items directly via Code Order (Quick Order). ■ Place Order You can place an order immediately by selecting a shipping address from your cart. You can register multiple shipping addresses and designate them as your default. ■ Order Management You can check the status of your placed orders (Received, Preparing, In Transit, Completed) on the list and detail screens. Orders in the Received status can be canceled directly within the app. ■ Restock Notification If you request a restock notification for a sold-out size, you will be notified in your inbox when it becomes available again. ■ Inquiry You can submit inquiries regarding orders, shipping, or products, and check the response from the person in charge within the app. ** ■ Account You can change your password, manage shipping addresses, and manage your restock notification request list within the app. You can also request account deletion through the app. Accounts are issued by your assigned Partner Manager — you do not sign up directly within the app. ■ Notifications Check order and restock updates in the in-app notification box. ■ Language Korean and English are supported. BCD Partners is an app for existing BCD B2B trading partners. If you wish to start a new business, please contact your assigned Partner Manager.
