About
Ambivo Workforce is the companion app for Ambivo Workforce time and attendance. It is for the people working the shifts — clocking in and out, and knowing when they are next on. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Clock in and out with one tap, and start or end a break • Show your badge — a QR code your workplace terminal scans to clock you in or out. The terminal works out which; you do not have to tell it • See the shifts your manager has published for you, with times and location • Use a shared tablet as a shift terminal that scans your team's badges HOW YOUR BADGE WORKS Your badge is good for about a minute and then stops working, so a screenshot of it is useless to anyone else. Depending on what your employer requires, the app may ask for Face ID, your fingerprint or your passcode before creating one — which is what stops someone else producing your badge on your phone. YOUR PRIVACY This app never sends a face, fingerprint or any other biometric identifier to Ambivo. When an identity check is required, your phone compares against the credential you enrolled with Apple or Google and tells the app only whether it passed. When a shift requires it, the app records where you were at the moment you punched, so your employer can confirm you were at the workplace. Location is read only at that moment — never in the background. Each punch also records which device it came from, so a timecard can be checked if it is ever questioned. Ambivo Workforce requires an Ambivo Workforce subscription held by your employer. You sign in with the account they give you.Read more

HOW YOUR BADGE WORKS
Your badge is good for about a minute and then stops working, so a screenshot
of it is useless to anyone else. Depending on what your employer requires, the
app may ask for Face ID, your fingerprint or your passcode before creating one —
which is what stops someone else producing your badge on your phone.
YOUR PRIVACY
This app never sends a face, fingerprint or any other biometric identifier to
Ambivo. When an identity check is required, your phone compares against the
credential you enrolled with Apple or Google and tells the app only whether it
passed.
When a shift requires it, the app records where you were at the moment you
punched, so your employer can confirm you were at the workplace. Location is
read only at that moment — never in the background.
Each punch also records which device it came from, so a timecard can be checked
if it is ever questioned.
Ambivo Workforce requires an Ambivo Workforce subscription held by your
employer. You sign in with the account they give you.
