PortfolioScan is the app designed for buyers at trade shows and showrooms: it replaces the barcode scanner and lets you select items directly from your phone. Scan the tag, and the item is added to your wishlist. When you're finished, send the wishlist to the counter: you'll receive a pickup code to show to the agent, who will find your selection ready for ordering. HOW IT WORKS - Enter the code found in your trade show invitation email, or scan the QR code displayed at the counter. It's only needed once. - Scan the tag barcodes: the item is recognized and added to the list instantly. - Review your wishlist, eliminate anything you don't like, and check the items before sending them. - Send the list and show the pickup code to the agent: the order is processed in your management system, without copying anything. WHY PORTFOLIOSCAN - No account to create, no password. - No devices to collect and return: just use your phone. - The list stays on your device until you decide to send it. - Even unrecognized items remain on the list and are verified at the counter, so you never miss a choice. - Built-in flashlight to read tags even in dimly lit stands. PortfolioScan is reserved for buyers invited to events of companies using the Portfolio management software. To access, you'll need the invitation code received from the organizer.
