Afilago Seller

Afilago Seller is the app for shop owners selling on Afilago, Ghana's online marketplace. List your products, receive orders that are already paid for, hand them to a rider, and watch the money land in your payout balance — without leaving the counter. Afilago handles the whole sale, not just the listing. A buyer finds your products in the Afilago marketplace, pays in cedis through Paystack, and an Afilago rider collects the parcel and delivers it. You are never chasing payment, never arguing about transport, and never losing a sale because a customer went quiet in your DMs. PUT YOUR SHOP ONLINE • Add products with photos straight from your camera or gallery • Set prices in cedis, with variations for size, colour and style • Track stock levels and get told when something is running low • Organise what you sell into collections ORDERS THAT ARE ALREADY PAID • New orders arrive with a notification • See exactly what was bought, by whom, and where it is going • Confirm an order and mark it ready for collection • A rider is dispatched to pick it up from your shop • Or let nearby buyers collect from you directly with a pickup code KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY IS • See available, pending and total earnings at a glance • Track every commission and transfer fee, itemised • Withdraw to your bank account or mobile money • Payouts run through Paystack in Ghana cedis SEE HOW THE SHOP IS DOING • Sales over time, so you know your good weeks from your slow ones • Which products are actually selling and which are sitting still • Store views and customer numbers GETTING STARTED Create an account with your email or Google, tell us about your business, add your address and upload your documents. Once our team verifies you, you can start listing. If you already registered at sell.afilago.com, sign in with the same account. Afilago Seller is built for Ghanaian shop owners — the provision shop, the skincare seller, the furniture trader, the one-person business. You do not need a registered company to start. Questions?
