About
In today's cyber era, across generations, we spend tens of hours a week in front of mobile phones, computers, tablets or in virtual reality. The topic Philosophy of movement reminds us of the importance of original movement patterns, which are natural for our body, in contrast to long periods of sitting at school, at work or playing computer games. The Philosophy of Movement AR application will playfully give you some simple tips on how to behave at the computer so that it is as least harmful to our body as possible. The QR code needed to play the AR version of the game can be found at https://calliditas.net/filosofie-pohybu-ar/Read more
