WHAT YOU CAN DO THROUGH THE APP Invoices — view your open, paid, and overdue invoices, with always updated amounts and due dates directly from our system. Instant PIX — pay with QR Code or copy and paste, without needing a printed invoice. Duplicate Invoice — download your invoice whenever you need it. Internet Usage — track your monthly usage and past month history. Temporary Release — if your internet has been suspended due to late payment, request temporary release directly through the app, without needing to call. Contract — download a PDF copy of your contract whenever you need it. Quick Support — contact our customer service via WhatsApp with one tap, already identified by your name and contract number. HOW TO LOG IN Use the same CPF/CNPJ (or login) and password you already use in the Customer Center. If this is your first time accessing the app and you're still using the default password, the app will ask you to create your own password before continuing — this protects your data.
