The official app for students of B.E. 7EVEN Body Experience Studio, in Garça (SP). WORKOUT OF THE DAY Your workout sheet with a photo of each machine and the programmed load highlighted. One tap per exercise to register: as prescribed, lighter, heavier, or didn't do it. Then, three quick questions about effort, pain, and disposition. If you report severe pain, your personal trainer is notified immediately. READINESS When your watch data is linked to your account, sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV become a daily score. On a bad day, the workout can be lighter. SCHEDULE See the week's classes by day and time, book and cancel without calling anyone, and track how many days you went to the studio last month. CONVERSATIONS Talk directly to your personal trainer and the studio administration.
