SSS Connect

SSS Connect is the private workforce and care-management app used by authorised Serene Support Services staff. The app supports day-to-day service delivery, including staff rostering, shift management, participant information, progress notes, medication records, incident documentation, staff compliance information and operational notifications. Authorised workers can view their assigned shifts, access relevant participant information, complete required documentation, record medication administration where applicable, and manage other approved workforce activities. Access is restricted to authorised Serene Support Services users. Accounts are created and managed internally by Serene Support Services. SSS Connect is not a public social network, medical diagnosis service, financial service or consumer marketplace. Some features may use precise location while the user is actively clocking in or out of a rostered shift for attendance verification. The app does not provide continuous background location tracking.`
