SHI: The Shape of Power

Read the position, weigh the cost, and issue an order. Grain, trust, momentum, people and exposure respond separately; pursuing one advantage can endanger another. PLAY CHAPTER I Follow a branching chronicle from the stalled column at Daze through councils, a flooded crossing and a choice of roads. Replay with different decisions and seeded field conditions. The opposition notices repeated methods, and promises made to people can be kept, strained or broken. READ BEFORE YOU COMMIT Inspect each order's intention, likely consequence and strategic reading before confirming it. A local chronicle preserves your decisions, and the campaign map keeps the wider position in view.
