Kommuna

Kommuna is your condominium's app. Everything that used to be handled through a WhatsApp group or by knocking on the administration door, all in one place. YOUR VISITORS ENTER WITHOUT CALLS Pre-authorize your visitors and send them a pass with a QR code via WhatsApp. They show it at the gate and enter. If someone arrives unannounced, you'll receive a notification and decide from your phone whether to let them in. YOUR ACCOUNT UP-TO-DATE Check your account statement, outstanding fees, and applied payments. Pay directly from the app and save the receipt. RESERVE COMMON AREAS Event room, pool, sports court. See real-time availability and reserve without contacting anyone. REPORT AND TRACK UP ISSUES A leak, a burnt-out lightbulb, a malfunctioning gate. Report it with a photo and track its progress until it's resolved. STAY IN TOUCH Administration announcements, community surveys, and meeting notices, with voting via the app. PACKAGES We'll notify you when a package arrives at the gatehouse, so it doesn't sit there for a week. Kommuna is a private app: access is by invitation from your condominium's administration. If your community isn't using it yet, tell us about it at kommuna.app.
