Votilize

Votilize is the mobile app for campaign field teams. Volunteers and organisers use it to work through assigned canvassing lists, record what happened at each door or on each call, and keep the whole team's data in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Work your assigned tasks See the walk lists and call lists your organisation has assigned to you, with live counts of how many contacts are completed, pending and remaining, plus a progress bar for each task. • Plan your route on a map Switch any task from list view to map view to see where your contacts are, group nearby ones, and decide where to go next. Your own position is shown so you can orient yourself quickly. • Filter as you go Narrow a task down to contacts that are completed, not attempted, or not reachable, so you can pick up exactly where you left off. • Run surveys at the door or on a call Open a contact from a task and record their responses directly in the app. Answers are saved against the contact and count towards your task progress. • Search your contact database Look up any contact in your organisation by name, and see their address, phone number, email and current support level. • Call, text and email in one tap Reach a contact using your phone's own dialler, messaging app or email client, with message templates ready to send. • Keep notes on tasks and contacts Add notes as you work. Everyone in your organisation sees the same notes, so the next volunteer picks up the full picture. BUILT FOR CAMPAIGN ORGANISATIONS Votilize is used by campaign teams to coordinate canvassing at scale. Organisers assign lists and surveys from the admin dashboard; volunteers work them from their phones and results come straight back to the campaign. ACCESS IS BY INVITATION There is no public sign-up. Your campaign administrator sends you an invitation, you set a password, and you sign in. If you have not been invited to an organisation, you will not be able to use the app. LOCATION AND PRIVACY The app asks for location permission so it can centre the map on you and show nearby contacts. Your location is used on your device only, while the map is open. It is never uploaded, never stored, and never shared with anyone else in your organisation. Contact information shown in the app belongs to your campaign organisation and stays within it. SUPPORT Having trouble?
