About
Autumn 1887. On the small rock of Lysskær, Ingrid Holm lights the lamp of her lighthouse for the first time. Out on the water, someone waves back. A few nights later, the shadows come. Fyr is the story of a family, a tower and a night that keeps returning. You are the light on Lysskær. Hold out until dawn and the night is yours. A family and its light Ingrid builds the first tower, small and smelling of tar. Her son Aksel lets the foghorn call through the mist and rebuilds the tower in stone. Else Holm learns in the ice that light can travel around corners, and leaves the lamp burning when she leaves Lysskær. Since then, new lines appear in the Keeper's Log every morning, written in light. Each chapter opens another page, each with its own illustration. Step by step you send them on watch yourself: Ingrid with her steady hand, Aksel with the foghorn, Else with her ice eye. Or the light itself. In four family nights you play their story, from the night young Aksel holds the lamp for the first time to the night the light keeps watch alone. Each one opens a new page in the Keeper's Log. A coast full of shadows The journey leads from the Quiet Bay through the Fog Bank, between the Cliffs, into the Ice Fjord, across the Stormy Sea and out onto the Open Sea. Every stretch of coast has its own shadows and its own weather: fog swallows your reach, ice floes drift in front of the light, gusts drive the shadows forward. Each chapter ends with a boss. After that comes the Polar Night, where dawn never arrives. How a night plays The beam turns on its own and hits everything it touches. You can simply watch, because every night can be won without touching the screen. Hold a finger on the water and the light focuses: half as wide, twice as strong. After each wave, you choose a lens. Amber aims, Mint pulses, Lavender throws lightning. Matching lenses merge into the next tier, and at the third you choose one of two directions. Two colors together can form a combo lens: Beacon, Prism or Aurora. Every card shows exactly what it changes. Lysskær grows With the glass from every night, you improve the tower in the workshop and build up the island: Keeper's Cottage, Herb Garden, Jetty, Signal Mast and more. The towers of chapters you have won can join you as companion towers, and their lines of light connect the coast on the map. While Fyr is closed, the lighthouse keeps a night watch and goes on gathering glass. A widget on your Home or Lock Screen shows you how much. For more than one night • Tides: optional challenges for a fourth star, and the storm surge for a fifth • Short nights for in between: the last waves of a chapter in about four minutes • Twelve puzzle nights with set lenses and a single task • Special nights, from Midsummer Night to the Long Night • The Polar Night with a later starting wave and milestones • Mastery for every color lens and new light colors for your beam Built to be calm The game saves after every wave, and you keep your glass even after a lost night. Music and sounds are created by the game itself: surf, foghorn, bell buoy, wind. Fyr is the story of a family, a tower and a night that keeps returning. You are the light on Lysskær. Hold out until dawn and the night is yours.
A family and its light
Ingrid builds the first tower, small and smelling of tar.
A coast full of shadows
The journey leads from the Quiet Bay through the Fog Bank, between the Cliffs, into the Ice Fjord, across the Stormy Sea and out onto the Open Sea. Every stretch of coast has its own shadows and its own weather: fog swallows your reach, ice floes drift in front of the light, gusts drive the shadows forward. Each chapter ends with a boss. After that comes the Polar Night, where dawn never arrives.
How a night plays
The beam turns on its own and hits everything it touches.
Lysskær grows
With the glass from every night, you improve the tower in the workshop and build up the island: Keeper's Cottage, Herb Garden, Jetty, Signal Mast and more. The towers of chapters you have won can join you as companion towers, and their lines of light connect the coast on the map. While Fyr is closed, the lighthouse keeps a night watch and goes on gathering glass. A widget on your Home or Lock Screen shows you how much.

Built to be calm
The game saves after every wave, and you keep your glass even after a lost night. Music and sounds are created by the game itself: surf, foghorn, bell buoy, wind.
