Each grade appears once per row and column, and the figures printed outside give the sum of the cells lying between that run's two marker grades. Match every figure and the sheet clears. Sixty-four boards climb from four grades to seven, hiding column clues from board ten and row clues from forty. Croisure Run came next. Tap a crossing point, then tap a bave grade. No grade repeats along a thread, and every arrowed diagonal beside the board must add to exactly its stated total. Fifty-eight boards widen the lattice, anti-diagonals arriving at board nine, corner runs at nineteen. The calculators closed my visit. The Skein Desk takes cocoon weight, bave denier and skein length, returning thread denier, metric count, waste and cocoons needed. The Reel Bench takes reel size, speed, water temperature and target length for reeling rate, run hours and steam demand.
