Been staring at a screen? Eyerobics offers a short change of focus with playful visual exercises and a simple daily routine. YOUR DAILY TWO MINUTES Start a daily selection of three short exercises, or choose a 60-second reset when you have less time. SIX WAYS TO PRACTICE • Spot the odd one: find the disk that differs in shade. • Chase: tap a moving dot as it gets smaller and faster. • Pop: find and tap the red ball among bouncing balls. • Follow: watch a pattern of drifting stripes. • Lock on: keep your gaze on a red dot while stripes move behind it. • Wind down: rest your gaze on the center of a gently drifting pattern. A ROUTINE AT YOUR OWN PACE Practice individual exercises, keep a daily streak, and set an optional local reminder. Gentle sound effects can be turned off in Settings. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Your streaks, best times, and settings stay on your device. The app has no account system or analytics. Eyerobics is for general wellness and relaxation.
