Taxis already work in the village, and they work well: the drivers know each other, keep a queue by word of mouth and pass on rides they cannot take. AruGo breaks none of that. It removes the manual work around it. FOR PASSENGERS • Order a ride in a few taps — no phone call, no message to the group chat • You see the fare before the ride, and it does not change afterwards • Only the assigned driver sees where and when you are going, not three hundred people in a chat • Cash, paid straight to the driver, exactly as before • You can add to the fare to get a car faster at busy hours • If there is no connected village nearby, the app says so honestly FOR DRIVERS • A ride arrives as a ready card: from where, to where, how much • No need to watch the chat all day, call back and explain directions by voice • The village queue — the very one you agreed on between yourselves — only you no longer have to keep it in your head • Your place in the queue is always visible • You decide when you are on the line and when you are not • Cannot make it? Return the ride and it goes to the others at once. No calls needed WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO We are not a carrier and not an employer: drivers are not our staff, and the driver is responsible for the ride itself. Money goes straight to them — there is no commission on the ride and there never will be. There is no card payment inside the app and no chat: if something needs clarifying, the two sides call each other directly. The app works in connected villages.
