Borneo plans your trip and then gets out of the way. Pick the kind of trip, get a packing list, search a destination, say what you are interested in — and get a day-by-day plan with a sensible walking order and realistic timings. Everything is saved on your phone. Once a trip is planned it opens with no signal at all: on the plane, on the train, or in a country where your data does not work. PACKING LISTS THAT START FULL Choose mountains, beach or city and your list is already filled in with what that kind of trip needs. Edit it, add your own, tick things off as you pack. PLACES WORTH YOUR TIME Tell Borneo what you like — museums, castles, national parks, markets, street art, viewpoints, theme parks, 21 kinds in all — and it finds them around your destination. Every place arrives with a photo, one line explaining what it actually is, how far it is from the centre, and roughly how long people spend there. Tap any of them to read the full Wikipedia write-up without leaving the app. DAYS THAT MAKE SENSE Pick how many days you have. Borneo groups the places you chose into days that do not zigzag across the city, orders each day as a walking route, and lays out the clock with travel time included. Do not like the arrangement? Regenerate for a different one. Save it when it looks right. BUILT FOR ACTUALLY TRAVELLING • Works fully offline after the first search — photos and descriptions are saved with the trip • Tap any stop to open it in Apple Maps or Google Maps • Open a whole day as a single multi-stop route in Google Maps • Available in English, German, Ukrainian and Polish NO ACCOUNT, NO TRACKING There is no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no data collection. Borneo has no server of its own. Your trips, lists and plans live on your phone. A trip you choose to share with friends is kept in step through your own iCloud account — never through a server of ours.
