A standalone iOS app that runs entirely on-device. Data is stored in a local SQLite database within the app's Application Support directory. Seed-data driven: eight default categories are created on the first DB migration. Core Features: Record, edit, and delete dated expense entries Categorize expenses (default and user-created); manage user categories "This Month" summary with daily-grouped expense lists Statistics: category donut/pie chart, percentage breakdown, daily trend bar chart — filterable by month or "All Time" Display currency selection (presentation only) Export and import SQLite backups Target Users: Individuals wanting a fast, private, offline expense tracker. Requires only standard iOS interaction knowledge. Environment: iOS 17.0+, iPhone, portrait orientation. Local storage only — no login, no cloud sync.
