SafeID: Lock Screen Info

I built SafeID because two very different problems have the same fix: a lost phone that needs to get back to you, and an emergency where you can't speak for yourself. Both come down to the same thing — the right information, visible on your Lock Screen, before anyone unlocks your phone. SafeID puts a Personal card, an Emergency card, or a card you design yourself right there on iOS 18+'s Lock Screen widgets. Add any widget. Nothing about it needs an internet connection, because nothing about it uses one. What's on each card is up to you: Personal — a return number and a short note, so someone who finds your phone can get it back to you without ever unlocking it or seeing anything else. Emergency — blood type, allergies, medical notes, and an emergency contact, for the moment a first responder needs answers faster than you can give them. Custom — anything else. A travel notice, a locker code, a pet tag. Whatever you'd want someone to see at a glance. Everything you type is stored on your phone, in a container the app shares only with its own widget — the same mechanism Apple provides for any app and its extension. I didn't build a server for it, because I didn't want one. There's no account to create, nothing syncing to a cloud, no analytics library counting your taps, and no ads. That's not a phase-one decision I might revisit for revenue later — it's the whole reason I made this a paid app instead of a free one funded by your data. Which brings me to pricing: SafeID is a one-time purchase. There's no subscription and never will be. If you paid for the app, you already have everything in it. First time opening the app, a short walkthrough points you to the three things worth doing: fill in a card with real info, set it active, then add the widget to your Lock Screen. Takes about two minutes. You can add up to two SafeID widgets to your Lock Screen at once — that's simply the most Apple allows for this style of widget. Exact appearance can vary slightly depending on your Lock Screen style. Needs iOS 18 or later, since that's when Apple introduced Lock Screen widgets.
