LightCare

LightCare is a secure care and workforce management app for authorised staff and representatives. With permissions set by your organisation, you can: • view shifts and schedules • clock in and out and record service information • complete forms, notes and care documentation • upload authorised photos and attachments • communicate with your care team • receive operational reminders and notifications • access client and workforce information while mobile LightCare supports Australian disability-support, aged-care, community-care, nursing and home-care providers of any size. Access is supplied by participating organisations after their service is established with LightTech. Approved organisations receive an isolated tenant and nominate administrators who invite authorised users. The iOS app does not provide business registration, plan selection, checkout or subscription purchase. Operational care information remains restricted to approved accounts. Location privacy When enabled by an authorised organisation, LightCare may use precise and background location during an active clocked-in shift to support service verification, worker safety and operational compliance. Tracking is designed to stop after clock-out or when shift tracking is ended. Location is not used for advertising. Features vary by role, permissions and organisation configuration.
