Gods of Myth is a collectible card battler drawn from Greek myth. Two hundred and ten characters — seventy gods, seventy heroes, seventy monsters — and twenty alter cards that change a battle while it is being fought. COLLECT THE PANTHEON Zeus, Athena, Hades, Aphrodite, Theseus, Jason, Geryon, the Chimera. Every figure is printed across five ages, from the Echo of a god at one star to its Golden Age at five, each with its own artwork. Two hundred and thirty cards in the set, numbered like a real collection. REAL MYTH BEHIND EVERY CARD Tap a character and the codex opens: lineage, renown, deeds and sigils, drawn from Homer, Hesiod, Apollodorus, Ovid, Pindar and Pausanias. Where the sources disagree, the entry says so rather than picking a winner. Nothing is invented. BATTLE ON FOUR NUMBERS Attack, defence, speed and health. Gods, heroes and monsters answer to a type triangle, so the match-up matters as much as the stat line — and a card that loses on paper can win on speed. PLAY YOUR ALTERS Twenty alter cards across four stats and five tiers, from a Hide Shield to the Aegis, from Spring Water to the Ichor of the Gods. Carry five into battle and spend them when the round turns. BUILD A BATTALION Five battlers and five alters to a team, and more than one team to keep.
