LoomFocus

LoomFocus is a quiet, local-first focus timer for iPhone and iPad. Each session is one thread. Name the work, choose a kind (Deep, Creative, Admin, or Learn), and sit for a timed block. Classic timing is 25 minutes of focus and 5 minutes of rest. After several finished blocks, a longer rest is waiting. Switch to Deep weave or Shuttle when the work needs a different pace. When a block ends you can add a short note and how it felt — Clear, Mixed, or Frayed. The log, streak, 28-day cloth, and hour chart stay on this device. Export CSV if you want a copy. LoomFocus does not create an account and does not upload your history. Notifications are local: an optional alert when a block finishes, and an optional daily reminder to sit down.
