SipGlow is a quiet hydration log for iPhone and iPad. Fill one vessel for the day: tap a saved cup, add a custom sip, and tag water, sparkling, tea, coffee, or other. TODAY Watch the vessel fill toward your goal. Stay ahead, on pace, or catch up between wake and sleep. Undo or edit a sip when you miss-tap. HISTORY A month heatmap, 7 / 14 / 30-day charts, and the option to open any day to add a sip you forgot. INSIGHTS Streaks (a day counts when you reach at least half of your goal), monthly hit rate, drink mix, and badges derived from your log. REMINDERS Optional local notifications at hours you choose. After today’s vessel is full, remaining reminders that day are skipped. Turn them off anytime in the app or in iOS Settings. YOUR DATA Logs, cups, and goals stay on this device. There is no account, no iCloud sync in this version, and no HealthKit connection. Export a CSV when you want a copy, or delete all logs in Settings. SipGlow is a personal log.
