crewster.pro puts your crew's day on the phone: every stop in order, directions, access notes and photos — and the invoicing that follows, handled for you. FOR THE CREW (App Only) • The day's stops in order, with the customer, the address and what you're doing there. • One tap to navigate in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. • Access notes where you need them: gate codes, the dog, where to park. • Tap Arrived when you get there, Job complete when you're done. • Can't do a stop? Skip it with a reason — gate locked, dog in yard, nobody home. • Snap photos, leave a note for the customer, or tap to call them. • Crew members see the same route, read-only. FOR THE OFFICE (App / Web) • Today: what's out on the road, what's finished, what still needs a decision. • A day board with one column per crew — drag stops from truck to truck. • Optimize order puts a crew's stops in the shortest driving order. • Capacity warnings when a day gets too full (2h 53m / 8h). • Send to phones sends each crew their day, or leave it and it goes on its own the evening before. • Change a route mid-day and the crew's phone picks it up within about 90 seconds. • Rain day? Shift a day or a week back, with a preview and undo. RECURRING WORK, PLANNED FOR YOU Set up a job once — weekly mowing on Tuesdays, every other week, monthly or one time — and the visits land on the calendar eight weeks ahead, on the crew that usually takes that customer. INVOICING WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK (Web) Every finished visit is priced and joins this week's batch. On your chosen day (Friday evening by default) each customer gets one invoice by email with a PDF attached. Bill pay-as-you-go, from a prepaid balance that draws down visit by visit, or on a season plan where one flat price covers the services you pick. CUSTOMERS STAY IN THE LOOP Customers sign in to see upcoming and finished visits, your crew's photos and notes, their invoices and PDFs, and what's left on their balance. Visit texts keep them posted. SIGNING IN Accounts come from your company. The office invites you by email or text, and you sign in with a six-digit code or a password. There's no signup in the app — ask your company's office for an invite. GOOD TO KNOW The app needs a signal; it isn't built to work offline. English, US addresses, USD.
