It goes into a wallet, a glovebox, or a jacket you will not wear again until it turns cold — and an expense you cannot show is an expense you cannot deduct. Glicine asks for three seconds at the counter. SNAP IT Photograph the receipt, or add a PDF a supplier emailed you. It uploads at full quality and keeps going in the background, so walking out of signal does not lose it. CHECK IT The merchant, total, date, currency and category are read for you. You glance at the result and confirm. Anything misread you correct in a tap — and what you have reviewed is never overwritten. SEND IT ON When the period closes, export one package your accountant can actually work from: a clear summary of everything confirmed, with every original receipt attached.
