What do the things you own cost you this month? Kura turns gear you paid for once into a cost per day (price ÷ days you've owned it) and subscriptions into a monthly average, then puts both on the same scale as one number. It's not just a gear list or just a subscription list: the top of the overview is your combined holding cost for the month. Kura doesn't connect to your bank or cards. You enter the amounts yourself; it's a ledger that stays on your device. There's no sync between devices (you can export a backup from Settings before changing phones). ■ Gear: what it costs you per day - Price ÷ days owned. The longer you keep it, the lower it gets - Sort by cost per day or by purchase date - Manufacturer and extended warranties, tracked separately - Open a body to see the lenses you own for that mount (and bodies from a lens) - Shutter count, sensor cleaning and repair records with costs - Photos and receipts; serial numbers show only the last 4 digits by default - When you sell, the sale price is subtracted to show what it really cost you ■ Subscriptions: know before you're charged - Monthly, yearly, foreign-currency and usage-based charges in one list - "Charged this month" and "monthly average" shown separately; when a yearly plan makes this month higher, one line says which one - Foreign currencies are converted at reference rates; enter the amount from your card statement and that charge uses the real figure - Note which card pays for what, and see which services need a new card before it expires - Mark something as "rarely used" and the overview shows what it costs you a year ■ Notifications A summary on the 1st of each month, and reminders 2 days and 1 day before a free trial ends. Reminders before charges and for card and warranty expiry come with the purchase. While your iPhone is locked, they also reach your Apple Watch (there's no Apple Watch app). ■ One-time purchase. Kura itself is not a subscription - Free: the overview, currency conversion, and the monthly summary and trial-ending reminders.
