Keep job bills clear, from the first material purchase to the final payment. Trade Ledger helps independent tradespeople and small service businesses record job charges, materials, work time and payments without a complicated project management system. CLEAR, FLEXIBLE BILLS Add work items, materials and discounts as a job progresses. Keep received payments separate from the balance due. Choose a currency for each new bill: USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, HKD, SGD, AUD, CAD, NZD or CHF. Amounts use two decimal places; no currency conversion is performed. WORK TIME WITHOUT DOUBLE CHARGING Start and stop a timer or add a work note. Time records do not automatically add charges. OPTIONAL PHOTO RECORDS Attach photos to charges, work notes or payment records when useful. Skip photos for simple jobs. FIND AND SHARE Search bills and filter by date or status. Share a read-only web link that customers can view without an account. Customer approval never blocks your work. SETTLE AND ARCHIVE Record payments as you receive them. Archive fully settled bills to prevent further edits. The app supports English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. An account and internet connection are required. Bill dates use China time (UTC+8). Customer web pages are currently in Chinese. Trade Ledger records customer payments; it does not collect or transfer customer funds, perform currency conversion, issue tax invoices or provide accounting advice.
