Collect client documents without scattered email threads. Team Deliveries brings requests, participants and file reviews into one clear workspace. REQUEST THE RIGHT FILES Create a delivery task, add people and roles, and assign each person a document checklist. Include deadlines, file formats, periods, examples and instructions. Import request items from a CSV template with a preview before creating them. MAKE SUBMISSION SIMPLE Share a private invitation link and verification code. Participants can submit through a browser without installing the app or creating an account. Each participant sees only their assigned requests. Upload multiple files for a request, with clear feedback when a file needs another attempt. KEEP FILES ORGANIZED Delivery filenames use the requested document, participant and period, with numbered files. Replace a specific file when a correction is needed and retain previous versions as history. Original filenames are kept for reference. SEE WHAT STILL NEEDS ATTENTION Track missing files, submissions awaiting review and accepted items. Accept a submission or return it with a clear reason. Download individual files when you need them. PRIVATE ACCESS, CLEAR CONTROL Files are stored privately with time-limited download links. Revoke participant invitations when needed. Workspace owners can delete their account and workspace in Settings. Internet access is required. TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Task owners need an active trial or subscription to create delivery tasks. An optional 14-day workspace trial requires no payment and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Invited participants do not need a paid plan. Basic supports up to 50 active tasks; Plus supports up to 200. Monthly and yearly auto-renewable plans are available through Apple In-App Purchase. The app shows your App Store price and billing period before purchase. Yearly plans are billed once per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting a workspace does not cancel the store subscription. Restore purchases from Settings > Plan and subscription.
