Plan eligible federal travel using official GSA CONUS lodging ceilings and meals and incidental expenses (M&IE) rates. OFFLINE RATE LOOKUP Choose a listed work city or county and your travel dates. The app includes every non-standard locality from GSA's FY2026 and FY2027 files: 296 and 295 localities respectively, plus the standard CONUS rates. Seasonal lodging follows the month of each night. Coverage runs from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027. Standard lodging is $110 in FY2026 and $113 in FY2027; standard M&IE is $68 in both years. A city missing from a search does not automatically receive the standard rate: first check whether a listed county covers the work location. Use Standard CONUS only after verifying that none does. ELIGIBILITY AND TRAVEL DAYS Confirm whether travel lasts longer than 12 hours. Travel of 12 hours or less receives no per diem. Eligible travel receives 75% M&IE on the first and last travel dates and the full rate on intervening days. Overnight estimates assume one lodging night between each date. Each estimate covers one work locality and one fiscal year. Trips crossing October 1 require separate estimates and an agency check of the first/last travel-day treatment. Lodging amounts are ceilings excluding tax, not automatic reimbursement. Government-provided meal deductions and agency-specific rules are not calculated. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and foreign rates are outside this app's coverage.
