Dialed: Coffee Dial-In Coach

Every coffee app can log what you brewed. Dialed tells you what to change. Brew your coffee, spend five seconds saying how it tasted, and Dialed gives you one specific instruction for the next cup: "Grind 2 clicks finer, 18 → 16." Not "try grinding finer." The actual number, on the actual grinder sitting on your counter. THE COACH Dialed reads your cup the way a good barista would. Sour and thin means the water left flavour behind — tighten the grind. Bitter and drying means it pulled out too much — back it off. Fine on flavour but weak in the cup? That's a ratio problem, not a grind problem, and Dialed will say so rather than sending you chasing the burrs. It only ever changes one thing at a time, so every brew stays a clean experiment and you actually converge instead of going in circles. When you land on something good, it tells you to stop touching it and offers to save the recipe against that bag. Two questions ("where's espresso, where's pour-over?") calibrate it exactly, and from then on every piece of advice comes in clicks, numbers, marks or steps as printed on your dial. GRIND CONVERTER Moved grinders, or found a recipe written for someone else's? Convert any setting between any two grinders in one tap. GUIDED BREWS Pour schedules for V60, Kalita, Chemex, Switch, AeroPress, French press, Moka pot, siphon, cold brew and espresso. The timer walks you through bloom, pours and drawdown with the target weight for each step, and mirrors it all onto your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so the phone can lie face-down next to the scale.
