AxioTab Dashboard

AxioTab Dashboard is the owner and manager app for restaurants that run on AxioTab. Sign in with the same account you use for the AxioTab web dashboard, pick your restaurant, and the phone follows that restaurant everywhere: every screen, every number and every notification. It is built around the queues where minutes matter, and it opens the rest of the dashboard in a web view that is already signed in. TODAY - See what is in the kitchen right now, counted as received, preparing and ready. - Read the alerts the platform raises about a past due bill, a rising refund rate, sales below normal, or a kitchen running slower than usual. - Check today's orders, net sales, refunds and fees, and the same figures broken out by employee. - Pause new online orders for 30 minutes, an hour or two hours when the kitchen is slammed, and resume whenever you want. ORDERS - Work the board for any day, in your restaurant's own timezone, filtered to still open, finished, or everything. - Search by customer name or order number, and filter the board by employee. - Open a ticket to read every item, its modifiers and notes, the order note, the customer, and the delivery or drive-thru details. - Start preparing and set the ready time the customer is told, mark ready, then complete. - Refund everything left or part of it, or cancel and refund with a reason. Every sheet names the figure before it sends, and says what the refund will do to the order. REPORTED PROBLEMS - Read what the customer said went wrong, in their words, with the photo they attached. - See how long each one has been waiting and which have gone overdue. - Send a refund, record a refund you already handed over, mark the order remade, or decline, and read the exact message the customer will receive before you send it. BOOKINGS - Confirm, decline, seat, complete, cancel or mark a no-show, grouped by day and soonest first. - Save a table note on the same press that confirms, seats or completes a party. - Add a phone or walk-in booking with the guest's name, party size, date and time, and a phone number or an email so you can reach them. CHARGEBACKS - See what has already been taken out of your balance, the deadline on each case, what the customer told their bank, and what banks usually ask to see. - See the payments a card issuer flagged as fraud before any chargeback was raised, and refund that order straight from the warning. MORE - Tiles for orders, sales, tips and fees over the last 7 and 30 days, your top sellers, a 30-day sales trend, and your ordering link. - Choose which alerts reach this phone, one switch per kind, kept separately for each restaurant. - Switch restaurants if you belong to more than one. NOTIFICATIONS Push tells you about a paid order landing, a customer reporting a problem, a problem that has sat unanswered, a booking request, a chargeback and its deadline, a fraud warning, yesterday's numbers, and a failed subscription payment. Tapping one opens the screen it is about. WHAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE THESE SCREENS Menu, Reports, Regulars, Loyalty, Storefront and Setup open the AxioTab web dashboard inside the app, already signed in, so nobody types a second password. Those are web pages rather than native screens. Chargebacks are answered in Stripe, not here. Your restaurant is the merchant of record, so the app shows the case and the deadline and signs you into your Stripe dashboard in one tap, and the response and the decision stay yours. Every action needs a connection. Nothing is queued offline and the queues are not stored for offline reading: when the phone loses its connection the app says so rather than showing you something out of date. WHAT YOU NEED An AxioTab account that belongs to a restaurant already set up on the web. Chargebacks, the dashboard tiles, the money figures, the employee filter and the refund and cancel controls are for admins; managers see the same queues without them.
