Pediatric BP Reference

Pediatric BP Reference is an offline reference calculator for manually entered blood-pressure values for ages 1-17. Enter age in years and months, select the applicable sex-specific reference, then enter length or height and systolic and diastolic values. The app displays the published guideline band, separate systolic and diastolic comparisons, calculated 90th and 95th percentile values, and the effective thresholds used. The calculation uses the 2026 Australian pediatric hypertension guideline, the NHLBI Fourth Report Appendix B regression method, and CDC 2000 height data. This named standard can be referenced anywhere; it does not replace local guidance. The app does not measure blood pressure, save readings, monitor health, diagnose, recommend treatment, or assess urgency. All calculations occur on the device.
