Plan your office days with SeatRoster. SeatRoster helps members of participating organizations book shared workplace seats. You need an invitation from your organization to use the service. Downloading the app does not create an organization or grant access. BOOK YOUR DAYS See availability in a monthly calendar, choose a location and request one or several dates. Book a full day or a morning or afternoon where your organization supports it. Booking windows and unavailable dates are clearly marked. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND See whether your request is allocated, provisional or waitlisted. SeatRoster follows your organization’s capacity, team priorities, booking limits and priority freeze. Cancel a seat when your plans change. COORDINATE WITH COLLEAGUES See who has a seat when your organization enables colleague visibility. Switch between organizations from your account. STAY INFORMED Read booking updates in the app inbox. Enable iPhone notifications for alerts while the app is closed, and choose whether you also want booking emails. Essential account and recovery messages still arrive by email. SEE YOUR OWN PATTERNS Personal Insights summarizes your recent bookings by weekday, week, location and day type. It shows your own activity without ranking colleagues. MANAGE YOUR WORKPLACE Organization owners and administrators can manage people, locations, seating rules and requests from the app. Available in English and Swedish. Free to download and use, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Organization access is arranged separately by invitation.
