Keep On Racing

Every day there is one corner. Everyone in the world gets the same one, and you get one run at it. The whole game is the line you take through it. Turn in too early and you scrub the exit. Come in too wide and you gave up the entry for nothing. Get it right and the road just lets you go. The fastest line of the day is drawn on the track in front of you. Yours is drawn behind you as you go. When you cross the line you see both, and you can see exactly where you lost it. One finger steers. The throttle looks after itself. The corner changes at midnight. Some days it is a long sweeper you take almost flat, some days a hairpin you have to be brave about. Some days it rains, or the tires are cold, or there is dust on the exit, and the line that worked yesterday is the wrong line today. Come back tomorrow and there will be more people watching. No levels to grind. No cars to unlock. No timers asking you to come back in four hours. One corner, one run, and the same road for everybody.
