Stundennachweis tracks working time the way freelancers and small studios need it: fast, keyboard-driven and without an account. TRACK IN SECONDS • One line: Client › Project › Module › Type, note, Enter. Done. • Continue as before: the last context is preselected, a single keystroke starts the timer. • Create new clients, projects or modules right in the field, without leaving the flow. • Add time afterwards with tolerant input: 1:30, 90, 90m or 1.5h. From, To and Duration complete each other. • Timer in the menu bar with elapsed time, pause and resume. Global hotkey from anywhere. • Idle detection asks what to do when the Mac was idle. JOURNAL AND CALENDAR • Daily journal with inline editing, duplicating and full-text search. • Month and week calendar with hours per client and day, filter with a click. BILLING THE WAY YOU AGREED IT • Rates per client, project or module, inherited downwards. • Billing in hours or days, rounding grid per client, project budget with warning. • Tracked minutes always stay exact; only what gets billed is rounded. YOUR DATA • Everything lives locally on your device. For syncing you choose: iCloud (your private database, no access for the developer) or tightrelay, our own sync service on servers in the EU — which also covers Windows and Android.
