From shadowboxing and heavy bag work to jump rope sessions, Yuan Boxing helps you structure every round and rest period clearly, so you can focus on the training itself. 【Train Your Way】 Choose from Free Timer, Shadowboxing, Jump Rope, Heavy Bag, and Sparring modes. Customize the number of rounds, round duration, and rest time to match your training. 【Clear Large Timer】 Rotate your iPhone horizontally to automatically enter a large timer view. During training, you can pause, resume, skip a stage, or end the session early. 【Hear the Rhythm】 Optional sound and vibration cues notify you at the start and end of each stage and during the final 10 seconds. These alerts can be enabled or disabled in Settings. 【Track Every Session】 Review your training mode, rounds, duration, and completion status. You can also share workout cards using the system share feature. Training records are stored locally on your device. 【Three Languages】 Supports Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese. Switch languages instantly in Settings or follow your system language. 【Optional Apple Health Integration】 With your permission, you can select workouts from Apple Health and view available heart rate and active energy information alongside your local training records. The timer works normally without Health access. This version does not write to or delete Apple Health data. No account or registration is required. Open the app and start training.
