COUNTDOWN TIMERS • Create precise timers in hours, minutes and seconds. • Save a timer without starting it, then reuse it from the dashboard. • Rename timers and choose an icon and colour for each one. • Swipe the minutes or seconds to adjust the time. • After completion, a saved timer returns to its original duration, ready for the next run. • Choose a snooze duration for supported alerts. STOPWATCHES • Start, pause, reset and record laps with consistent controls. • Review completed sessions and lap splits in History. WORKOUTS AND SEQUENCES • Build work and rest intervals for focused training. • See red work phases and green rest phases with high-contrast white time. • Create multi-step sequences with names, durations, notes and warning cues. • Save routines to the Library or start them immediately.
