About

One question, one number. Last Call answers the question checkout-line coffee raises: how much caffeine will still be in your log when you lie down? Tap what you drank — the app does published half-life arithmetic and shows MG AT BED, your milligrams right now, the decay curve, and a last-call cutoff: the latest you can order and still be at or under your target by bedtime. WHAT IT DOES • Tap-to-log: 182 preset drinks with hand-checked milligram values, plus free-form custom entries. • One-tap re-log: your recent drinks sit as pills under the number — tap one to log it again. Star your usuals and they pin to the top of the quick-add list as Favorites. • Setup that asks nothing of you: no quiz, no jargon, no caffeine-science knowledge needed. Pick a bedtime (or let the app suggest one from your sleep schedule) and start logging — that's the whole setup. • Optional bedtime from your sleep schedule: tap "Use my sleep data" and the app reads your sleep history from the Health app on this phone to suggest your typical bedtime. Nothing leaves the phone, and nothing is stored beyond the bedtime you accept. Skip it and the picker works exactly as before. • MG AT BED: one dominant number, computed from your bedtime, your pace, and every logged drink. • Last-call cutoff: the latest time a usual-sized drink still clears your bedtime target — on screen today, updated as the day goes. • Decay curve + 7-day trend: the projected decline to bedtime and past it against your target line, with a week of daily totals underneath so tonight has context. • Share your curve as an image: one tap turns tonight's number, bedtime, and decay line into a poster you can send anywhere. • Your pace, your terms: bedtime picker, a half-life slider from 2 to 10 hours with named presets (published averages, not medical advice), and an adjustable bedtime target. • Fl oz or ml: drink sizes on screen follow your pick in Settings — sizes convert, milligrams never do. • History that stays: every drink, day by day, editable and deletable, retained forever on your phone. • CSV export: your whole log as a file you own — this is also your backup. • Widgets: a small home-screen tile, a Medium size with the 7-day bar row, and Lock Screen views — tonight's number without unlocking. • A day/night look: the sky behind your numbers tracks the hours to bedtime — sun, dusk, stars, and a crescent moon all the way down to the icon. HONEST ABOUT THE MATH Estimates for typical adults, built from published one-compartment pharmacokinetics with an absorption ramp of about 40 minutes. The methodology is stated in plain words inside the app's About screen. Not medical advice — a wellness estimate, not a measurement of you. PRIVACY, PLAINLY No account. No network. No tracking. The app has no way to send your log anywhere — it collects nothing, so the App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected, and it stays that way. PAY ONCE $2.99 once, with Family Sharing — no subscription, no unlock, no upsell. Your history costs nothing to keep, today or in five years. Everything in the list above is included. Estimates for typical adults. Not medical advice.Read more
