Setline - Coach & Student

Setline is a shared workspace for a coach and their students. An assignment lands in the chat and sits down on the calendar by itself — no spreadsheets, screenshots or forwarded PDFs. FOR COACHES • Every student in one queue: who closed the day, who has no log, who sent a check-in. • Program builder: exercise → day → program, with demo videos, notes, sets and weights. • Assign in a couple of taps: a day or a whole program, to one student or several, on a date or a range. An assignment is a copy of the template — edit it per person. • A calendar of who does what each day: planned, done, no log. • A weekly recap per student and an attendance board. FOR STUDENTS • The plan lives on the calendar: assigned days land as dots. • Sessions with a set-by-set log: weight × reps, a video per set, skip with a reason. The day closes with a result card and a streak. • Nutrition diary: calories and macros, meal photos, your own food list, "repeat yesterday". The target can be set by your coach. • Weekly check-in: how the week went, your weight and progress photos — sent to your coach. • Weight trend chart, body measurements (private — your coach cannot see them), before/after photos. A CHAT WHERE THE WORK LIVES • Text, voice messages, form-check videos, photos. • Object cards: a workout, a nutrition day, a check-in, a program — each opens into its own screen. • Your coach only sees what you send into the chat yourself. WHAT SETLINE IS NOT • No marketplace, no coach directory: entry is invite-only — a code, a link or a QR. • No bloated CRM. • No AI-written programs: your coach writes yours. • No paying for sessions inside the app: money stays between you. Setline is free for students. Coaches subscribe: Basic — up to 5 students, Premium — up to 50 plus extra features (a per-exercise movement scale, a before/after slider, a weekly recap card in chat, an attendance board). One account can be both a coach and a student. A student can train with several coaches — each in their own separate chat.
