Mapoki Colaborador is the workspace for approved guides and service providers working with Mapoki in Rio de Janeiro. Review incoming trip requests with dates, group size, service language, guest notes and a day-by-day itinerary. See the visitor’s guide budget separately from catalog activity estimates. Confirm your availability for the whole route or decline a request. Your saved response becomes visible in the tourist’s Mapoki app. Keep track of pending, accepted and declined requests. Acceptance indicates availability. The final service price, inclusions, transport and meeting arrangements still need to be agreed. The app does not process payments, confirm reservations or provide chat. Connected access is for approved collaborators with a privately issued access code and requires internet. You can explore the built-in demonstration without a code; its sample requests stay on your device. The operational interface focuses on Portuguese, and guest notes remain in their original language.
