Cashleaf is a straightforward expense tracker for people who want to know where their money goes without handing their finances to a server. Open the app, tap a category, type the amount. That is the whole entry flow. The rest of Cashleaf turns those entries into something useful: monthly budgets that tell you when a category is running hot, a category breakdown that shows what actually drove the month, and a six-month view that puts income and spending side by side. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Record expenses, income and transfers between your own accounts • Keep separate accounts for cash, bank, cards and savings, each with its own running balance • Choose from 22 built-in categories, or build your own with any icon and colour • Set a monthly cap for the whole month or for individual categories, and watch the progress bar as the month goes on • Add rent, subscriptions and payday once as repeating entries — Cashleaf posts them for you when they fall due • Search and filter by payee, note, category, account, type or period • Read the month in charts: a category donut, day-by-day spending and a six-month income-versus-spending comparison • Export everything as a CSV file whenever you want a copy • Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode • Set one daily reminder so logging becomes a habit PRIVACY BY DESIGN Cashleaf has no sign-up, no login and no cloud. It contains no networking code at all, so your records cannot leave the device unless you export them yourself and choose where they go. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no tracking of any kind. BUILT FOR IOS Dark mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels and haptics are supported throughout.
