AgataEmployee is the employee companion app for teams that manage daily field and facility service work. Sign in with your company account to see your assigned tasks, your work schedule and your service records in one place — on site, on your phone. FEATURES • Daily dashboard — open the app and immediately see how many tasks are new, in progress, overdue or completed today. • Task list — every job with its location, zone and floor, planned time and current status, so nothing is missed or forgotten. • Schedule — a monthly calendar of your shifts and planned jobs, with full details for any day you select. • Service records — the history of completed service visits, including the equipment serviced and the related customer information. • Profile — your employment details, position, department and contact information, always up to date. AgataEmployee is intended for employees of organizations that use the Agata service management system. A company account provided by your employer is required to sign in.
