Agata Customer is the client app for Agata, a preventive maintenance service for buildings and their equipment. If your property is serviced under an Agata contract, this app shows you the current condition of every registered asset and lets you request service without making a phone call. WHAT YOU CAN DO Building dashboard See all of your buildings in one place, with the number of assets that are in normal condition, need attention, need repair or are still unassessed, plus the date of the latest inspection. Floor-by-floor overview Open a building to see its floors, how many assets are registered on each one and the assessment status of every level. Floor plans View the uploaded floor plan of a level and see where each registered asset is located, so you always know which unit a report refers to. Send a service request Choose the building, the floor and the type of equipment, then describe the problem. Add a contact name and phone number, and mark the exact spot on the floor plan when one is available. Track your requests Every request gets a reference number and a status you can follow, from submitted to in progress to completed, together with the technician assigned to it. Stay informed Get notified when an asset needs attention, when an inspection is completed and when the status of one of your requests changes. WHO IT IS FOR Agata Customer is made for building owners, facility managers and tenants of properties that are serviced by Agata. Your account is created for you by your service provider; the app cannot be used without one. The app interface is in Mongolian.
