About
NANOBOT CACHE is a circuit board with a ring bus running round it and eight kinds of nanobot parked in all the wrong places. Tap a lot and its front run pulls out, zooms clockwise around the bus, and parks in the first lot that will take it. That is the whole input: one tap, one lap. HOW IT PLAYS Tap a lot and every same-kind bot at the front of it — the run — pulls out onto the bus together. It rides clockwise and parks at the first lot that is empty or already fronted by its own kind, as many as fit; the rest ride on. Fill a lot with one kind, exactly as many as that lot holds, and it uploads: the lot locks and lights up in that bot's colour. Upload every kind and the board boots. THE ORDER OF THE LOTS IS THE PUZZLE You do not choose where a run goes. The bus runs one way, so where a run lands is decided by which lots it passes and what is sitting at the front of each one. Empty lots are your parking. Working out what to release, and in what order, is the entire game. THIS IS THE ONE YOU CAN LOSE The bus carries a fixed number of bots. Ask for more than it can hold and the tap is simply refused — but fill it with runs that have nowhere to park and that is a jam, and a jam ends the board. There is no timer and there are no lives, and retry is instant and free. The board can genuinely be lost, and that is exactly why the width of the bus is worth thinking about. 144 LEVELS, SIX WORLDS Each world introduces exactly one new idea, on a board simple enough that the new idea is the only hard thing on screen. BOOT — the bus, the lots, the run. Tap one and watch where it goes. BANDWIDTH — the bus is narrow. Sequence your releases. FIREWALL — a static bot blocks its lot and no lot will take it. Ride it over the red via and it is purged. ENCRYPTED — some bots hide their glyph until they reach the front, and some lots power down on a countdown. VOLATILE — a hot bot that laps twice without finding a home is thrown into a random slot. It survives, buried. You dig it out. OVERLOAD — all of it at once, on a bus that narrows to four. Clear a world and its OVERTIME boards keep coming: fresh levels at that world's hardest settings, for as long as you want them. PAR ON EVERY BOARD Every level ships with a par — the fewest releases a careful player needs, worked out before the level is allowed to ship. Match it for three stars. Stars count cycles spent, never seconds elapsed, and par can be beaten outright by timing a release so it passes a lot before that lot's front changes. CALM BY DESIGN No timer. No lives. No streak to protect. No falling anything. Nothing on this board is in a hurry, and neither are you. Built for short sessions: the train, the queue, one more board before bed. EVERY BOARD IS SOLVABLE Every level is solved before it ships, so world 4 level 13 is the same board for everyone and none of them are broken. Pick up right where you left off. DESIGNED FOR ONE-HANDED PLAY Portrait only. Big tap targets. Handcrafted retro-neon art, and configurable sound effects and haptics. FULLY OFFLINE No accounts, no servers, no sign-in, no analytics. Play on a plane. Ads are non-personalized. REMOVE ADS A single one-time purchase permanently removes interstitial ads. No subscriptions, no currency, no boosters — nothing that sells you a solution. HOW IT PLAYS
Tap a lot and every same-kind bot at the front of it — the run — pulls out onto the bus together.
THE ORDER OF THE LOTS IS THE PUZZLE
You do not choose where a run goes. The bus runs one way, so where a run lands is decided by which lots it passes and what is sitting at the front of each one. Empty lots are your parking. Working out what to release, and in what order, is the entire game.
THIS IS THE ONE YOU CAN LOSE
The bus carries a fixed number of bots.
144 LEVELS, SIX WORLDS
Each world introduces exactly one new idea, on a board simple enough that the new idea is the only hard thing on screen.

OVERLOAD — all of it at once, on a bus that narrows to four.

PAR ON EVERY BOARD
Every level ships with a par — the fewest releases a careful player needs, worked out before the level is allowed to ship. Match it for three stars. Stars count cycles spent, never seconds elapsed, and par can be beaten outright by timing a release so it passes a lot before that lot's front changes.

EVERY BOARD IS SOLVABLE
Every level is solved before it ships, so world 4 level 13 is the same board for everyone and none of them are broken. Pick up right where you left off.
