B-Check: Blood Sugar by Voice

A logbook for blood sugar and blood pressure that you speak to, and that speaks back. It does not assume you can see the screen and tap precisely. It was built for people losing their sight to diabetes, for people whose screens have gone dim, and for anyone holding a meter with no spare hand. ■ Speak your reading Tap the microphone and say “one twenty”. It goes straight in. For blood pressure, “one twenty over eighty” works in one breath. Edit and delete sit in the rotor actions, so you never hunt for a small button. When VoiceOver is on the app stays quiet instead of talking over it, and shows no ads. ■ If the screen is hard to read Pick a text size on the first screen and watch it change as you choose. Increase contrast to drop the faint grey text and put clear outlines back. If your iPhone is already set larger, that setting wins. ■ A table for your doctor One export gives you a clean table of dates and numbers.
