APP FUNCTIONS AND TARGET AUDIENCE Bệnh viện 22-12 is the official patient-services application for Bệnh viện 22-12 in Vietnam. Its target audience is current and prospective patients of the hospital and their authorized family members or guardians. The app allows users to access hospital services from a mobile device, including account management, appointment services, patient-related information, examination and prescription information, payments, and supported remote-consultation services. The app solves the problem of patients having to contact or visit the hospital for routine administrative tasks and access to their hospital-service information. It provides a secure, hospital-specific mobile access point for these services. The app does not provide autonomous diagnosis or replace professional medical advice. Medical services and records are provided by Bệnh viện 22-12 and its authorized healthcare professionals. 4. REVIEW ACCESS AND INSTRUCTIONS Review account: Phone number / username: 0984502718 Password: Abc@12345 Steps: 1. Launch the app. 2. Select Login. 3. Enter the credentials above. 4. To test account deletion: - At Home Screen, click Menu icon (on the top right) - Open Settings - Select Withdraw Membership - Select a deletion reason and confirm. REGIONAL AVAILABILITY The app is intended for Bệnh viện 22-12 patients in Vietnam. The application binary and core interface do not change according to the App Store region. However, hospital registration, patient records, Vietnamese phone-number verification, healthcare services, pharmacy information, and local payment methods may only be available to eligible users in Vietnam.
