My Portal - My Class Manager

My Portal is the teacher app for studios that run My Class Manager. Sign in with the email and 6-digit PIN your studio gave you. See what’s on today, take the roll in a few taps, write a student note, ask the studio to cover a class, and post to your class Hub — from your phone, between classes. TODAY The class that is on now (or next) sits at the top, with a button straight to its roll. The rest of your day is underneath, including private lessons. Studio announcements and anything waiting on you — an open cover request, a student who still needs a note — sit on the same screen. TAKE ROLL Tap a student to mark them Present, Late or Absent. Each tap saves; there is nothing to submit. Mark everyone still unmarked present in one go. Open a student for medical notes, emergency contacts, photo-consent and birthdays. A trial student and a birthday this week are badged on the row. Someone turned up without an enrolment? Record them as a walk-in from the roll. SCHEDULE A week strip, then that day’s classes — regular term classes and Continuous Timetable classes together. Open any class to take its roll, or request cover for a day you cannot teach. NOTES Your students, searchable, with filters for today’s classes, everyone, or anyone who still needs a note. Pick a category, drop in a quick line, and choose whether the parent sees it. @mention a colleague when the studio needs to know. COVER Pick the day you are away and the class that needs covering. The studio sees the request straight away. Withdraw it while it is still open. COMMUNITY HUB The class groups you teach, plus any studio-wide group. Post an update or an event, comment, react and RSVP. If the studio has the Hub switched off, the tab is simply not there. HIVE When your studio has given you Hive: My Day (tasks waiting on you), Projects, the team message board, SOPs and studio announcements. Reached from More, not as a sixth tab. NOTIFICATIONS A badge on More for mentions, tasks assigned to you, and Hub activity. You can change your PIN in the app without opening a browser. WHAT STAYS IN THE BROWSER Payroll and hours, class inclusions, trial feedback, Online Resources, private-lesson availability and editing your own contact details are still on the web My Portal.
