About

Due Process Audit sets the published procedural rules beside a court record and shows you where they don't line up — in plain words, with the source attached. It doesn't argue your case, and it never says anyone broke the law. It shows you what the paper does and does not establish, and leaves the conclusion to you. WHAT YOU GET - One of five clear answers on each point the rules require: Yes, No, Not found, Unknown, or Conflicting. Never a verdict, never advice. - Every finding in five parts: the rule, the evidence, the finding, the source, and the plain-English explanation. - A finished packet you can read, save, and hand to someone, with a table of authorities that links to each state's own official page. BUILT FOR PEOPLE, NOT JUST LAWYERS No law degree needed. The findings are written to be read and shared. Scan a document with your camera to add it, and the reading happens on your device. YOUR CASE STAYS YOURS The record is sealed on your device under a key derived from your passphrase, which is never sent anywhere and never stored. We hold who you are and your plan; we never hold a caption, a party, a docket entry, or one readable word of your case. There is no password reset, because a reset that works is a back door that works. COVERAGE, STATED HONESTLY The audit engine is signed in Mississippi and being built for all fifty. The app already maps every U.S. jurisdiction: where each publishes its rules, its ethics and conduct codes, its statutes and constitution, as reference you can read, kept clearly separate from the states signed for audit. We tell you exactly where each stands. Nothing here is finished, and we say so. Not legal advice. Public records and published rules only.Read more
