Current ROI is the same calculation over the prizes still unclaimed and the tickets still unsold. The difference is the ROI advantage: a positive figure means a ticket today is better than a ticket at launch, a negative one means it is worse. When a state publishes a prize we cannot put a cash value on, or figures that contradict each other, we show a dash rather than a number. We never print a value we cannot stand behind.
