HOW THE QUESTIONS ARE WRITTEN 175 original practice questions, each with a worked explanation that says why the key is right and why the tempting wrong answer is wrong. On a foundational exam most marks are lost between two services that sound alike, so every explanation is written to teach the distinction rather than to confirm the answer. ANSWER ORDER AND ANSWER LENGTH A bank that lists the correct answer first and never moves it turns position into a shortcut. Here each question's options are dealt into a stable order derived from the question itself, the same order every time you see it, rather than left where they were typed. The few sets whose order carries meaning, such as ascending numbers, stay as written. The bank measures itself for the position tell and for the longest answer is correct tell, and holds both near chance. PRACTICE AND REVIEW A timed practice form of 40 questions in 55 minutes, drawn in the published domain proportions. Spaced repetition resurfaces what you got wrong. Progress by domain, bookmarks and search across the whole catalog. The exam itself is 65 questions in 90 minutes, 50 of them scored and 15 unscored, passing at 700 on a 100-1000 scale.
