About
Ashley's Carnival Rush is a memory game with your hands full. A customer steps up and shows you a ticket. Bun, patty, cheese, no onion. The next one wants a funnel cake with strawberry and a soda. Behind you are three counters — sweets, savory, drinks — and forty-eight ingredients spread across them. Build the order exactly, hand it over before their patience runs out, and keep the streak alive. Get it wrong and you break the streak. Take too long and they walk. A STAND THAT GROWS You start on a hot dog cart that sells three things: a hot dog, a hamburger and a soda. One customer at a time, and all the time in the world to read them. The County Fair opens it up to eight dishes across all three counters, still one customer at a time. The Boardwalk seats two. The State Fair seats three, and three at once is genuinely more than one pair of hands can work. Midnight Midway seats three as well, and pushes everything else instead: the shortest fuse in the game, the fastest arrivals, and the longest tickets — nearly every order comes with something extra on it. Last is the 5th Ave Cart, which sells one thing. Hot dogs, to the fastest queue in the game, at Manhattan prices — against rent that comes out of every round whether you earned it or not. Work it alone and the rent eats you. Put two hires on it and it pays better than anywhere else on the map. Each fair is unlocked with money AND stars, so getting there means playing well, not just playing often. A MENU THAT CHANGES Every round deals a fresh menu from fourteen dishes. You never settle into one routine, and the counters you need change with it. SPEND IT ON THE STAND Buy new dishes to raise what a round is worth, and hire help. A greeter works the queue so every customer waits longer before giving up on you. A prep cook makes the base of every dish ahead of time. A busser whisks a wrong order away before anyone notices, so your streak survives the mistake. A drinks runner pours every drink, so orders that come with one only need the food built. A sign spinner works the pavement, so the next seat fills sooner. A cashier upsells every single order, a little more on each one, all day long. Change the awning, the bunting, the string lights, the plates, the crowd. THINGS HAPPEN Some rounds bring news. A viral post, a health inspection, a rally in town — and occasionally something bigger in either direction. Some of it is just luck. Some of it is a decision: a developer wants to buy your pitch, a supplier offers you a crate that is a little off. You pick, and you live with it. WHAT'S NOT IN IT No ads. No in-app purchases. No energy meters, no timers to wait out, no account to make. It never connects to the internet — there is nothing to connect to. Your progress lives on your device.Read more

You start on a hot dog cart that sells three things: a hot dog, a hamburger and a soda. One customer at a time, and all the time in the world to read them. The stand has sound. There is a street outside it now — traffic, voices, the city going about its day — playing quietly under the game rather than over it. And the work itself makes a noise: ingredients land on the tray, an order goes across the counter, a till rings when you buy a dish or take somebody on, and a new pitch opens with a fanfare. All of it can be turned off with one button, and it stays off. The ringer switch silences everything too, the way it does everywhere else. Between the last update and this one the game was silent. It should not have been.
